My Honda CR-V was recently involved in an accident, and Mark Fletcher was assigned to evaluate the damage. From our first interaction, Mark was thorough, responsive, and helpful. He gave us early insight into what he expected from the insurance company—specifically, whether the vehicle would likely be repaired or declared a total loss. That guidance was especially helpful because it allowed us to get an early start on shopping for a replacement vehicle. Ultimately, the CR-V was declared a total loss, so there wasn’t much repair work needed from Mark or the Modern Body Shop team. Even so, Mark remained attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. He was simply great to work with during an otherwise frustrating situation. I would highly recommend Mark and would encourage anyone in a similar situation to ask for him.

Any time I have an auto body issue, I come here. The quality of the repair was excellent. Plus, if you need a rental, you can rent one from them! There’s no driving around to another place to rent a car and the hassle of the rental car company taking more of your money. (See enterprise - Stratford Rd review)

My vehicle was wrecked during the recent snow storm. Someone had bent my wheel into the suspension. Got it towed here and was able to have it fixed with no issue. They even allowed me to hold it for about 2 weeks which was so helpful. I received help from Ken who was very professional. I was overall very happy with the service and price. Would definitely recommend this place. They even vacuum and washed the car! The mechanic did a great repair job and was done in less than a day.

Can't give these guys enough credit. CJ and now Rob have been absolutely incredible with making sure my baby is in top notch shape. Most of my work has been done same day, fit into my schedule, and their service has absolutely blown me away. 💪🏼 They've done a lot of work for me, paint and body work both are a perfect match and their prices are exceptional for the quality work they do. Seriously recommend them, 10/10. Photo of my fender work before & after included!
